Our Mission
To empower emerging philanthropic leaders to engage with Good Shepherd Services in supporting and strengthening New York City communities, helping children, youth, and families thrive.
Committees
Fundraising
The Fundraising Committee leads the development and execution of fundraising initiatives, such as Giving Tuesday campaigns, to drive continued support and expand our impact. They also develop donor stewardship strategies and maintain ongoing relationships to build a committed community of supporters.
Events
The Events Committee plans and hosts volunteer and fundraising events each year to support our mission and engage the broader community. The committee identifies meaningful volunteer opportunities for Springboard members and ensures participation and alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, they organize social and networking events to strengthen connections within the Springboard community.
Marketing
The Marketing Committee shapes Springboard’s public image and outreach strategy. The committee oversees the member recruitment process, from reviewing applications and conducting interviews to developing retention strategies that keep our community engaged. They create compelling content that showcases our mission and impact, while designing targeted campaigns to promote events and initiatives throughout the year.
